TigerLab provides online PDF tools including but not limited to:

• PDF conversion (to/from various formats)
• PDF editing (merge, split, compress, rotate)
• AI-powered PDF analysis and chat
• OCR text recognition
• API access for developers

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload malicious files or malware
• Process illegal or prohibited content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic recurring billing until cancelled
• Prices as displayed at time of purchase
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

6. File Handling

You retain all rights to your files. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process them for the requested service only.

7. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Abuse of the API, including excessive requests or automated scraping, may result in account suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

TigerLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
